The EYETECH team is made up of 20 people with years of hands-on experience on various aspects of Information Technology and how it should be integrated into business. The company has garnered the Microsoft Gold Partner and ISO 9001 certifications, which are a testament to its corporate philosophy of placing the client's needs at the forefront. The company undertakes security audits, liaises with providers and provides technical support on site or remotely. Besides this, it assists with disaster prevention and recovery. Eyetech recommends, procures and sets up suitable corporate solutions to fit clients’ requirements, budget and existing set up. The company also manages clients’ websites.

Eyetech enabled our Foundation to access software donations from Microsoft and was instrumental in building organizational capacity to get the best out of software/hardware/network that best suit the needs of the Foundation. Following intensive initial pro-bono services, the company offered a discounted service agreement which covers: day-to-day support as and when it is needed; management of Office 365; management of domain and site hosting; and internet control and management.
