Move towards calmness, freedom, joy, serenity and emotional stability.Learn this self-help method to recover from resentment, anger, fear, etc. and become more calm and emotionally stable; release the pain of bad memories and reach more of your potential. Your colleagues at work and your family will appreciate you more.
Ask us for the LCM Mini-Workshop of 2.5 hours for Individuals or Teams. The workshop is for 4 to 8 motivated individuals. Also, if you have a motivated group or staff team of that size, we’ll deliver a workshop for your group. Sorry– this workshop is not suitable for persons with mental illness.
